them to the police station,

them, they are too joung to be %prosecuted." That seems to tipify the$age that we are in. The government has forced%the poorer to get poorer and the rich%to stay the same with the profit from this going into elabourate plans"elsewhere. The poor people getting%poorer encourages crime, and even the children join in. (I blame it on
those new fangled Street%whatyamacallit type machines that the#youth of today play. -OLD WOMAN WHO$LOOKS DISAPROVINGLY AT STREETFIGHTER$2 MACHINES) If a child is too young%to be prosecuted, then he must be too%joung to commit a crime. In this age,
children commit crimes such as%shoplifting, vandalism and even arson%at early ages such as seven or eight.#The fact that they can't be charged!at that early age would encourage
fathers or mothers of that aged%children to tell thier kids to go and steal things ie. mountain bikes,#videos, HI-FI's ste, and bring them%back to sell, bringing money into the!family. If the kids arn't caught,"they do it again and again, and if"they are caught, so what?!, a good#ticking off from the police, but no#prosecution, as they are "Too young
to be charged"# Most people have commited a crime by the age of sixteen. It seems
the whole world revolves around"crime. (Around the sun, actually. $-P.V.F.C.) Look what happened in the!USA. It's unsafe there now. Crime
have become normal, commonplace%happenings, so statistically just by #not raping, assaulting or murdering$everyone we see, we are doing good,!(Unless, of course, we're talking
about murdering or assaulting 2!Unlimited or Take that. That's an#exellent idea. A prize to the first
person who does. (Not really!)!-P.V.F.C.) not just doing what is"expected. In an age like this, who
knows what to expect?" The blame lies with society. The!world revolves around power, and $money. (THE SUN! THE SUN! -P.V.F.C.)"Power in particulair. Terrorism is$just people killing to inflict their$views on others, and by showing what"the I.R.A. are doing on TV is just$advertising thier cause. We are just
falling right into their hands.
